Amazing staff made my stay!

I had a fantastic 3-night stay here. The staff were truly amazing! Special shoutout to Jean Civil and George Ramirez for going above and beyond. The room was clean, but I wish the breakfast buffet had more options. Nice bar area too, but the breakfast wasn't worth the extra cost.

Amazing staff made our stay feel special. Pool was relaxing. Had issues with unclean pillows in our room. Happy hour is a nice touch for unwinding after a busy day.

An unexpected challenge in paradise

The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, with fresh omelets served just the way we liked them. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive throughout our stay.

One of the elevators was out of order, leading to long waits, especially when returning from outings. Fortunately, it was only a minor inconvenience during our visit.

The hotel had friendly staff and a great atmosphere, with a lovely pool area and clean rooms. However, the food service was quite slow, and my room situation was mismanaged upon check-in, causing a bit of hassle. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights.

Comfortable king room, friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast, which featured fresh items and was well worth the cost, made for an excellent stay and a convenient location to explore the area during our visit.

Nice hotel with its comfy beds, free wi-fi, and indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with taxi tips, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a weekend getaway!

The room was spacious and clean with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water. The indoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious! Staff were super friendly and helpful with our requests.

During my stay, I absolutely loved that I was just over a kilometer away from the beautiful Historic Oakland Mansion and only a short stroll from Blandair Regional Park, making it easy to enjoy leisurely walks and stunning nature views. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome through my quick check-in process.
